​Debbie Fazio has spent a lifetime living her purpose! Since her 20s, Debbie has always believed in the greatness within and what simply making a decision and being ok with failing can accomplish. She has learned that every opportunity is worth considering because you never know what THAT opportunity may bring you next! 

Debbie married her childhood sweetheart Joe in 1998 and together raised their three strong, smart, compassionate daughters: Emily and twins Natalie and Ashley. Emily is working through her Masters in Social Work, Natalie is working through her Masters in Counselling Psychology and Ashley is working through her Law Degree. Her family had a front row seat watching Debbie devote her life to serving others through all walks of life and have learned from a very young age that living your purpose does not revolve around your job title but rather from your heart! From supporting families who have lost loved ones in her Funeral Director days,  to event planning for weddings and celebrations, from coaching new & expecting families to coaching those working through personal and professional goals and self discovery, from building programs that support and inspire young girls to developing courses at a college level that support the advancement of professional education...this is the perfect example of "it's not WHAT you do but WHO you are" that matters!

Debbie discovered early on that her PURPOSE is to SUPPORT others... that is WHO she is! 
​Whether it's through helping plan a funeral or a wedding, coach a parent on newborn care, teaching skills for a new job or bookkeeping for a business, those "WHATS", were just tools that helped her live her purpose!

She knows that the struggles one goes through in life also builds the foundation of who they become. Through mentorship, coaching,  support, connections and collaborations,  Debbie has helped many people succeed in family, business, relationships, loss and personal growth and development and continues to build relationships with other professionals who can assist her in this mission. 

Debbie has been successfully running multiple businesses for over 25 years. She believes in the power of the universe and that ANYTHING is possible with determination, grit, imagination and heart! She inspires people to use their challenges as lessons to propel them forward so that they can step into their greatness and live life to their fullest potential!

​Debbie is the Founder and President of Precious Moments Babeez Inc.  Precious Moments Babeez is a team of PNSWs, Labour and Postpartum Doulas, Registered Nurses, Night Nannies and Sleep Consultant(s)  offering a diverse range of services to support your journey from pregnancy, through childbirth and into parenting. With many years of experience, we are dedicated to your needs and offer insight and thoughtfulness.

Debbie is the Co-Founder, Director and one of the educators for the Perinatal Support Worker Program. The Perinatal Support Worker (PNSW) is a professional educator and caregiver for new and expecting parents during the period from conception through the first year of a newborn's life. This program is the very first of its kind in North America and is exclusive for PSWs. A comprehensive program taught in a college setting with incredible faculty is just a small piece of why this program is creating a huge buzz.
